Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Bistra Content cinematic synthesis and distribution pipeline.
TL;DR
You own what you create, but you must follow the law and platform terms (Instagram, Twitter, etc.). We use a Coin system to cover the heavy GPU costs of AI generation, which is non-refundable. Don't use our AI to do illegal or harmful things, and we promise to provide the most powerful cinematic creation tool possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bistra Content ("the Service", "we", "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. The Service provides advanced artificial intelligence tools for cinematic video synthesis, image generation, scriptwriting, and automated social media publication. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Virtual Currency & Billing ('Coins')
The Service operates on a proprietary virtual currency system ("Coins"). Coins are consumed during the generation of AI assets, including but not limited to script processing, image rendering, and video synthesis. Coins are non-refundable and hold no real-world monetary value outside of the Service. We reserve the right to adjust the Coin cost of specific generation nodes without prior notice to regulate compute capacity.
3. AI-Generated Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full intellectual property rights to the output media (scripts, images, and videos) created by you through the Service, subject to the licensing terms of our foundational model providers (e.g., Google Veo, Replicate). You are solely responsible for ensuring your prompts and generated outputs do not violate copyright, trademark, or any applicable laws. We claim no ownership over the specific works you generate.
4. Social Media Integrations
The Service offers automated scheduling and publishing to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook). By utilizing these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service of each third-party platform. We are not responsible for account bans, suspensions, API deprecations, or delivery failures that stem from third-party policy enforcement or service outages.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our AI synthesis engines to create illegal, non-consensual, highly explicit, or deceptive deep-fake content. Any attempt to bypass our safety filters, manipulate the billing mechanisms, or exploit the platform infrastructure will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining Coins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bistra Content is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the video generations will always be perfectly accurate, error-free, or meet your subjective artistic expectations. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits from delayed social media posts.
